La Bisbal d'Empordà

In this, the second edition of FEM we invited seven women artists to present a live work in the medieval castle in la Bisbal d'Empordà, Girona. Each artist took a different room in the building and the public could move freely between the spaces. The theme, Brief Encounters describes a moment, a glance, a meeting, a crossing of paths, a shared experience. The Brief Encounter is the caress of life’s breath that can change your life and alter your journey. This can be an experience that not only changes things for a brief moment but that clings to you in your waking and sleeping hours. We proposed that the public be submerged for an instant in an intimate and intense relationship with the artist.
